The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services (the Department) filed an action to terminate the parent-child relationship between: (1) Chanin Lindgren and her children, S.L., D.B.B., and D.B., Jr., (2) Carlos Dominguez and his child, S.L., and (3) Dominic Brown and his children, D.B.B. and D.B., Jr. The jury found that Lindgrens and Browns parental rights should be terminated, and the trial court rendered judgment according to the verdict. On appeal, Lindgren and Brown contend the evidence was factually insufficient to support the jurys verdict that termination was in the best interest of the children. Brown also argues he received ineffective assistance of counsel. For the reasons set forth below, we affirm.
